Jamaican Food Event Calendar — September 2025
Sigh, we’ve reached the end of another summer.
Now it’s back to school and back to school traffic in Kingston.
Luckily September events exist to keep our minds off the impending end of year rush. From spending the weekends at our favorite Kitchen to learning the art of producing fruit wines, here are the food events we found happening around Jamaica this month.
SEPTEMBER 5-6
Weekends @ The Kitchen | Jamaica Food and Drink Kitchen
Did you know Jamaica Food and Drink Kitchen has a Weekends at The Kitchen series?
Every weekend it’s free entry, food and drinks on sale, and a different theme. And they’re starting September strong with Kalooki Night (September 5) and Games Night (September 6).
SEPTEMBER 13
The 5th Pour | Lady Bee Mixology x Zen Bowls
On September 13th at Zen Bowls cafe, Lady Bee Mixology celebrates 5 years of making the buzziest mixed drink pouches (aka adult bag juice).
SEPTEMBER 18, 22, 29
Wine Making Workshop | Bureau of Standards Jamaica
The Bureau of Standards Jamaica Quality Institute invites us to level up our skills and become the fancy wine makers of our dreams. This September and October learn the art of making and bottling your very own fruit wine.
